Please include how far along you are with your pregnancy in your notes. We ensure your comfort and safety are fully supported throughout your session: Ultimate Prone Comfort: Your massage features the patented Earthlite Prenatal Pillow, allowing you to safely and comfortably lie face down-even late in your pregnancy! This cushion provides proven support for breast discomfort and lower back pain. Alternative Support: Should you feel more comfortable, we always have the option to transition to a traditional side-lying position with specialized pillows. Focus: Enjoy deep relaxation and tension relief, specifically tailored to the unique changes your body is experiencing. You can relax completely, knowing your comfort is our top priority. Optional Prenatal Enhancement To address common prenatal discomfort, we now offer the option to include Normatec by Hyperice Leg Compression Therapy during your session. This is an excellent, non-invasive way to help relieve swelling, reduce fatigue, and support healthy circulation in your lower body. Please let your therapist know if you would like to include this enhancement! At our center, we prioritize your comfort and healing. *Tipping is not expected, as your satisfaction is our primary goal.*
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY: All cancellations and reschedules must be done 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any appointment changes within 48 hours will come with one of the following three options: the client may find someone else to come in their place, the appointment will be forfeited, or the client can pay a rescheduling fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. IMPORTANT: Immediately save your therapist's phone number to your contacts for cancelling and rescheduling purposes. This allows for quicker communication. The invoice must be paid within 24 hours to hold your scheduled appointment. MEMBERSHIP DUES: Membership dues are to be paid before your scheduled appointment. If your auto-payment date is after your scheduled appointment, you will be contacted to reschedule. To keep your appointment secure, you must be rescheduled within 24 hours of being notified, or you may lose your appointment. If your auto-payment is declined, you will be contacted and given 24 hours to update your information online to keep your appointment secure.
